I love eating grapefruits! And, this time of year – they are pretty easy to find! I love taking a trip to Florida in January or February and bringing grapefruit home. My hubby and I always make a stop at one of the orchards and stock up on them – and oranges!
Getting the actual meat out of the grapefruit used to be a problem for me. I’d use a regular knife and usually tore most of it up before I got it out of the peeling.
